Last Updated: February 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://www.alliep4tn.com and any related online services operated by Allie Phillips for Change (the “Committee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of this site

This site is provided to share information about Allie Phillips for Change, allow supporters to get involved, and facilitate lawful political activity, including volunteering and making contributions as permitted by law. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or interfere with the site’s operation.

No legal, financial, or voting advice

Content on this site is for general informational and campaign purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or voting advice. You should consult your own advisors or election officials about any legal, tax, or voting questions.

Donations and refunds

Contributions made through this site are processed by ActBlue and support Allie Phillips for Change’s campaign for Tennessee House District 75. Contributions are subject to applicable Tennessee campaign finance laws and any other governing regulations. By making a contribution, you certify that you meet all legal eligibility requirements (for example, you are at least 18 years old and are making the contribution with your own funds and not on behalf of any other person or entity, if and as required under applicable law). Contribution charges and basic refund requests are handled through ActBlue’s systems; donors may request a refund using the link in their ActBlue receipt email or by following ActBlue’s published refund procedures. Because contributions are forwarded to the campaign, refunds are generally limited and may only be granted where funds are still available or as required by law or campaign finance regulations.

You may use site content for personal, non-commercial purposes only and may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

User submissions

If you submit content to us (for example, through forms, testimonials, or social media integrations), you grant Allie Phillips for Change a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the campaign, subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate the rights of others or any laws.

This site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services (for example, donation processors or social media platforms).
